SHIPPING POLICY
At Nexus Aminos, we streamline our delivery process to ensure your orders reach you swiftly and securely. Here’s how we make that happen:
Domestic & International Shipping
- We ship exclusively via UPS for all orders.
- We offer international shipping to Canada, the UK, and select parts of Europe. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $200.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders within the lower 48 states typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may take longer depending on carrier transit times and customs processing.
Order Processing
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 business hours of payment (excluding weekends). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
- For next business day shipping, orders must be placed and paid for by 12 PM EST.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress.
